Rev. Joe L. Callahan, Pastor

Rev. & Mrs. Joe L. Callahan and his children, Joseph and Isaiah came to Clovis by the way of Alamogordo.  On December 1, 1999, Rev. Callahan accepted the position of Pastor of the St. John Baptist Church.

Under the Pastorate of Rev. Callahan, the church has purchased property to the north, south, and east of our church for future expansion.  Also the church was given six lots (located directly behind the church) by Mr. Ronald Hooper of Flagstaff, Arizona.  In 2004, we built a Family Life Center.

Rev. Callahan’s vision is to have “Life Shaping Ministries” that will mold people into what God wants them to become and raise the standard of the people and the community!
